Rules & Conditions

  • Rental Time: Your rental period includes both setup and breakdown. If the studio is vacated after the reserved end time, a minimum overage fee of $70 will be applied.

  • The studio is to be used for photography and videography purposes only, unless prior written approval is given.

    The renter is responsible for the behavior of all guests, clients, and crew members during the rental period.

    Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Studio Condition & Cleaning: The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. If excessive or deep cleaning is required after your session, a cleaning fee starting at $150 will be applied, depending on the level of work needed. Shoe covers are mandatory to wear.

  • Billing Policy: Any fraction of an hour is billed as a full hour, including hourly rentals and package time.

  • Special Materials & Props: The use of materials that are difficult to clean—such as confetti, milk, flour, powder, glitter, wax, body oil, or similar substances—must be approved in advance. A refundable security deposit is required for approved use.

  • No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. A $500 fine will be charged for each incident.

    CS Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

    Renters assume all responsibility for injuries or accidents occurring during the rental period.
